Can you please let me know where is your pf getting deposited, there are many pf offices on line, you only require is company code, your pf no and group allocated to your company..otherwise you can also call pf office(but in case they donot pick up) you need to wait till you get your PF slip...

It is the duty of the employer under the Act & Scheme to help Employees' Provident Fund organisation to settle the Provident Fund dues of his employees. He has to complete the prescribed application within 5 days of receipt [para72(5)] forms & hand over it to the member when he leaves the service. When a member finds difficult to get the form attested by the employer, he can get the attestation of any of the following officer & send to the Provident Fund office
Manager of a bank.
By any gazetted officer.
Member of the Central Board of Trustees./ committee/ Regional Committee (Employees'
Provident Fund Organization).
Magistrate/ Post/ Sub Post Master/ President of Village Panchayat/ Notary Public.

The PF Slip is given only when establishment submits their monthly returns and annual returns timely, if that is done please get in touch with the regional PF commissioner, there is no fix time that when govt should send the PF slip to establishment, actually one need to keep following it...

Kindly Guide me: I resigned from my Ex employer in june-2008. Now in the month of oct 2009 I requested for the forms. The company sent me the forms.In return I signed the blank form with revenue stamps+ details on extra form provided by employer(to avoid cuttings).
Now as form has been reached to HO as well of My ex-emloyer(I am little doubted on nominees name) but i provided two nominees name, of which one is sure be on forms.
But dealing person that our form will be delayed......I am surprised to hear this thing due to this reason only, form will be delayed i.e. again for 1.5 month and again 1. month for processing in EPF office. It means 3-4 month. Kindy guide, and tell me the rules and procedure for my problem....
