I was going through the discussion.
I am currently in an Engineering design office in Noida, however one of our office is in Mumbai and Goa.
In Mumbai we have around 10 persons in office and 12 working on a site.
The office is fairly new, I just want to ask about this labour welfare fund, is it mandatory to deposit, by going the form you send I noticed that employee's and employer's contributions are there.
Would you please guide me about this fund, its scope, applicability and what is the penalty for not doing etc..
Also what to do to deposit it.
