I require a format for Performance appraisal.
This is a project that I need to complete within 4 days as a part of my career graph, as an AM - HR . Submit it to my manager on 4th of Nov.
Design a format for performance appraisal.
Explain the following: ·The nature of the organization, role and level i.e. for whom it has been designed.
·The approach that you have followed (results, behavior, trait, quality or a blend of a few of these) and the reasons for doing it.
·Explain the relationship between the design and the objective of the format, specific to the role.
·Give a comprehensive explanation as to how the appraisal format meets the criteria laid down for an ideal PMS (strategic congruence, specificity etc), explaining each component.
·Please ensure that your appraisal format meets the design considerations (basic employee information, accountabilities, objectives etc) of an appraisal format. Explain how these design considerations are met, wherever required.
·Explain the process to be followed for filling up the format including the timelines.
·What would be the outputs of this appraisal and how will they be used?
