Did anybody know HR, CSR and Business Ethics are interrelated ?? They are dependent on each other. HR takes the initiative for community relations ??In India nowadays there are many companies who are taking initiative in community relations. e.g. Vodafone,CocaCola however mostly companies are MNC whereas Indian corporates are far behind in this race. Its not the duty of Goverment to do welfare for its people and nation. Corporates are also there .
