Dear All Respected Members!

In my workshop related to soft skills and work culture, I opened a discussion on ethics and moral values. For example, I referred to "Stephen Covey," a well-known writer, who in his book "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People," stated that "every responsible citizen should be principled." In other words, he emphasized that "everyone should have a constitution for their life." In the same vein, every business should be guided by ethics and principles. Currently, we are providing training for industry professionals. I kindly request all respected members to share their views. During the workshop, some industrialists expressed resistance to the idea, suggesting that maintaining fully ethical behavior for an extended period is challenging. Consistency, they argued, is even more difficult. This was the opinion shared by participants. Please share your opinions.

Thank you!
