I would like to have draft of one more letter, if you can help me.
We have change the terms of appointment letter, as requested by all the staff we have divide the salary in two part, Ist normal salary and IInd the FBT expence.
In the appointment letter we have written that our salary will be CTC divide by 12 and now we want to change it to: your salary will be XXX FBT XXX FBT Tax will XXX and total CTC is Rs. XXX
Can u send me a draft which will help me and also solve the legal issue so that I can get it sign by all the people.
