I am a native to Haryana (Faridabad) and works for a organization based in New Delhi. On 13th October 2009 we have the state legislative election in Haryana so my question is that will i get the paid leave for casting my vote. I request you to provide the notification issued by the ECI(Election Commission of India). I think no employer can debarred the employee from his/her fundamental right of casting my vote. Pl do let me know what the GOI rules says.
