Hi Everybody,
I 've re leaved from a company on 10th August '09 and now I am jobless..
When I asked the HR of the company, They said after two months I can request for a withdrawal of my PF..
Note : I don't wish to continue my PF account with my other new organization either.. I want to with draw my PF money..
I wanted to know what is the exact procedure to withdraw my PF money?
How long should I wait to request for a withdrawal?
After how many days / months 'll I get my PF amount?
Can I view the account balance in my PF account?
Many Thanks in advance

Hi,
I understand your problem, but your HR dept saying the correct things. if any employee leave the organization, minimum after 2 months later he can apply for the PF withdrawal.
because, when any person leave the organization, hr has to make his Full & Final settlement, once it complete he's PF due has to pay to PF authorities as soon as possible. (If it is applicable).
so, generally, PF dues of left employees will be pay in next month with other existing employees pf dues.after that, pf department has to update their records.
that's the reason, your hr saying that, after 2 months you can apply for the pf withdrawal.
Once your pf withdrawal form submit to PF authority, it take 60 to 90 days minimum for settle your PF dues, but, some cases,,, its take much more time.
i hope you are satisfy with this information.

Nagac, usually when you complete your exit formalities, you would have been provided with your pf withdrawal form in which you would have been requested to enter details like bank a/c numbers etc, as it goes to govt after 2 months (as per labour laws) after your resignation, it can be calculated that it takes 2 months more for processing, so in your case total months will be 4 months, you should receive pf by nov end or dec 1st week..also keep a track with hr all the time through emails with subsequent mails as reminders..

Hi,
I left my company in year 2010 due to fighting with my boss. When I approached for my PF, my company's HR demanding compensation amount. Although I served the noticed period, still they demanded money. I opted alternative way and verified the Form 19 by Bank Manager and submitted form 10 C along with form 19. But they rejected with remarks, "Date of Joining the Estt. is wrong". I simply filled my date of joining the company in this column as I don't know when they opened my account in PF office.
How can I rectify this problem?
