Hello,
I m working for a IT recruitment firm and we have engineers who are on payrolls of our company but are working at the client site as consultants. I desperately need your help for drafting an appointment letter for them. How should it be diff frm the letter of my inhouse employees. What are the essential clause. It will be great if any body could help me with a format of the same.
Regards,
Neeta.

Dear Neeta,
Just because your employee is working on the client location does not change any thing. Your appointment letter will be the sam as you give for everyone. The only change will be the location or work office address you mention.
I dont see need for a separate appointment letter. What you probably need is a anti-poaching clause with your customer.
