NGO is a very attractive but often misused term, particularly when we delve deeper. Some people start or join an NGO with the noble intention of utilizing their resources to help the deprived or support a cause. However, they soon shift focus to consider what benefits they can gain. It is a time for introspection to assess our level of commitment to remaining selfless. It is disheartening that selflessness has become a rarity. Realistically, we must acknowledge that every human being has a degree of selfishness, varying in intensity depending on the relationship. Therefore, whether in the industry or any other field, we should strive not to deceive ourselves because attempting to deceive others will eventually backfire. Time will reveal the outcome, but it is certain that acting with selfish motives harms oneself.

Consider the example of Mr. X who contemplated filing a baseless complaint against his colleague, Y, to advance his promotion prospects. He spent time thinking about it, then planned for days, had it typed professionally, and sent it out. Look at how much of his own resources X expended – time, effort, money, etc. The consequences are uncertain; Y may incur losses, but X has already suffered. X has lost out on the opportunity to engage in constructive activities or endeavors. There is also the risk of his deceit being uncovered, losing a friend, and facing potential repercussions. Whether in an NGO or elsewhere, it is crucial to be honest with ourselves.

Hi,

I am looking for ladies who can sell FMCG products on a commission basis door-to-door on a daily basis. This project is for the long term. If any NGOs from Chennai are willing to provide the manpower, please feel free to contact us at sarvasreshta@gmail.com or 9884048254.

Thanks and Regards,
