We are having 10district office and hyderbad is the regional office. Here I am Sr.Admin Executive( letter was not issued but i am Admin executive for AP) in my regional office. Now my boss wants me to prepare role and responsiblities of a office admin at district level.
I am into logistics dept., accounts dept., hr dept., representing all the office admin works.
Any body can help me out for preparing the role and responsibilities of admin & accounts position. If there is any proforma i can make changes. what are the daily reports to be prepared and monthly reports to be prepared.
