This is ramesh working as an officer In charge in our organization at Hubli Branch. Since one year am getting very lowest salary @ Rs.6500/-.
when i was in Bangalore branch doing field work job, that time i was receiving every month Rs.12,000/- including conveyance exsatra. one day company offered about my present job and salary Rs.10,500/-. i agreed for opportunity and came to Hubli branch, However, I got my 1st month salary Rs.10.350/- after that it is less then 6000/-.
Kindly am requesting you to suggest me about this and my life please...

You could have asked when your salary is reduced in the second month itself.
There can be regional variations of salary.
If you are not satisfied with the salary, search for a better job and if you are capable
you will certainly get a better position with a better salary and facilities.

Hi, You have to ask you senior's your department for this, may be for your performance or in the name of recession your salary is low. OR you can go for other job but, it will be better for you to stay in this job for a short period and then go for new job...
As other CiteHR friend's have said it is difficult to find a new job in this recession....
