Am trying to design an onsite policy could somebody help me out with the same incase you have an onsite policy u are referring to in ur org maybe i cud take some inputs from the same. Could you also specify the contents or areas to be covered under such a policy.

Hi Meh,
I suggest you can add the following contents in your onsite policy:
• Various types of travels (Short term/long term-- specify & define the duration)
• Mode & class of Domestic & international travel
• Outstation travel allowance payment- mode of payment
• Payment towards lodging & other travel related expenses
• Details on travel settlements
• Conditions & rules applicable i case of travel along with spouse/family
• Any insurance covered for overseas travel
• ETC....
