Hi sir,
I am new in this forum, so please help me with withdrawing my PF. I was working in Company A from 2004 to 2006. After that, Company B took over Company A and Company A closed all its activities. Company B provided a new PF number. I worked in Company B for 1 year. However, due to personal reasons, I left the company with only one day's notice, and as a result, the company did not complete my full and final settlement. Currently, both Company A and Company B are closed, and the directors are not willing to sign the employees' PF forms. Some of my colleagues from Pune and Mumbai, who are local, were able to withdraw their PF. Unfortunately, as we work in remote branches, it is not feasible for us to travel to Pune for PF withdrawal. Since the directors of both companies are not cooperating, kindly advise me on how I can withdraw the PF from these companies.
I am currently working in Company C.
Thank you.

Dear,
I understand your concern. It is your money; you will get it at last. But as you said, company PF accounts are in Pune and Maharashtra. So, you need to send the form there; only then can you get your PF. If the company director is not signing the PF form, there are two ways to get it authorized: a) get it signed from the PF Commissioner or b) get it signed from the Bank manager where your bank account exists.

Thank you, Sir.
Actually, when I joined the company, at that time I opened a bank account at ICICI Aurangabad branch. My company's PF office is in Pune. Is it possible to get a signature from the bank manager in Aurangabad, or would it be better for me to go to Pune and obtain the signature of the PF commissioner?
