From my bottom of heart, I felt the presentation is very very essential for the current time as we all are in the time of recession, due to this we be inclined to do unrealistic things ( for instance - searching job in office hrs , involved in politics, blaming others, always expect from the company, complaining of not getting promoted etc). we should be focus and also systematic in what we do….
In my opinion each and everyone will get what they deserve… though you are not being recognized by the current employer…. I assure in your next job, will be placed far better position ( by certainly the experience what you gained from the former employer)

Please consider the management's openness to the ideas and also if you are looking for reimbursement of expenses incurred on coffee, lunch breaks are as per organization guidelines.
The best thing to be a happy employee, I feel, is that you give your best and leave the evaluation to the others instead of yourself.
If we keep doing our work with the right intention and spirit, they are bound to give you satisfaction and motivation to keep moving.
