Hello colleagues.
I understand my query may look a little out of place given the current employment market situation, but nevertheless, this will be something we all will need to begin researching soon (if like me, we haven't done so yet :icon1:). We are in the midst of planning/budgeting for a salary increase in 2010 (i.e., performance cycle 2009 with a salary increase effective April 2010). I am aware that Hewitt's salary increase survey and other such reports will be published post-August '09.
Is there any other source I can use (other than commissioning a survey) to find out indicative inflation rates and salary increase % for 2009-2010?
Thanks in advance for your help.
