Writing a job description is the most important aspect. Basically, it depends on the position you are looking for and applying for. You have to describe the role in such a way that it can motivate an employer or consultant to shortlist your candidature for a personal interactive session. However, keep in mind that you should be able to answer to whatever you have described in the job profile.
