Dear
usually there is limit age minimum 18 below that if you want to use the employees thats is certified by local labour officer.
when we come contribution ceiling is 10000 gross
from that employer contribution 4.75
from the employee 1.75
these are all every month contribution.
Retired employees he has to contribute which is very least i may give you later.
In esi employee will not get immediately benfit he required service of 9 months. If its urgently you may get through submit of 37 form and 32 with signature of employer.
