Respected members, I had worked for a MNC Company in Chennai 6 years back. I know you all would raise eyes on me for keeping quiet for 6 yrs...My apologize. Now, I look forward for expert advice on PF withdrawal at this stage or transfer to my existing company PF account located at Bangalore ( inter state ) Please note: 1. I am attempting to withdrawal after 6 years 2. My previous BPO Company is no more exists 3. At this stage, I also have noticed that my name was mis spelled in the PF account statement. dear bhat you can withdraw your PF of previous company there is no problem if you withdraw after 6 years.in this cas e you fill up your form 19 and 10 c and get your signature attested from bank manager . if your BPO is not in existence than get your form attested with gazeted officer and deposit the same in PF office. you have to fill up form with same name and you should have bank account with same name shown in P F office. regards j s malik

Dear Bhatt ji You need not to withdrawn pf from your previous organisation bcos its almost 6 yrs. Just trsfr your pf A\C in current A/C it will help you for pension fund. However, just fill form 13 and submitted in pf office it will take hardly 30 days to tnsfer. So no need to waste your time, form attested with gazeted officer,signature attested from bank manager .
