I am working in a private school as pgt. mgmt is not willing to give LTA for probation. Is there any legal clause having provision to get LTA in probation period?

To avail LTA ( Tax Free ) you have to take minimum 3 PL/ EL which you are eligible only after 240 physical days presentee in an organization ( As per S&E Act & Factories Act ) so most of the companies pays LTA( Tax Free) only after 1 year completion of service &/ after confirmation.

There is no legal provision to get LTA in probation period. It is up to the school management to allow or not to allow LTA. If the management have any rules or policy to grant LTA or if this is the terms of appointment then they are liable to give LTA to their employees.
