Having more than 200 members and 9 chapters;
ERA is a not-for-profit organisation and a professional body that is trying to set up standards and monitor ethical practices of the Indian Recruitment Industry.
As an observation, most of the times Recruitment Consultants tend to work for Large Corporate.
In the endeavor of helping SME sector with better recruitment and hiring solutions,we wish to design a program which essentially requires the active participation from the CEOs/Owner members of the SMEs.
We are hopeful that this site could be a better platform to interact with the industries .
Hence, please help us suggesting an appropriate action to go forward, at the earliest.
Also please help us by answering this small questioner among your members to help us conduct a survey.
