Hi all,

I am a new member of this forum and I need your help. I have joined a company as a trainee in the HR department of an IT company. It is tough to prepare experience letters for employees who quit their jobs. This is my first job, and I am very scared. If any mistakes happen, I will be in trouble. No one in this company is willing to help me, and I can't ask them for assistance. They are all experienced, and I am a fresher.

Please send me experience letter templates for the following roles:
1. Recruitment Coordinator
2. Training Coordinator
3. Travel Desk
4. Executive People Department
5. Senior Executive People Department
6. Marketing
7. Finance
8. Engineering Stream
9. PMO

It is very urgent for me to prepare the experience letters for the roles highlighted in bold.

Have a good day,
Mega

Dear Megha,

Don't be afraid of anybody. Everybody started as a fresher only. After college, these seniors are your mentors who will guide you at each step. For any information, try to search in the bar above this web page. You will get all the details.

Here is the format for the experience letter (to be printed on the Company's Letter Head) which you can use:

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

This is to certify that Ms. ABC has worked in our organization from (Date of Joining) to (Last working day). Her designation at the time of relieving was "Designation".

She resigned from the services of the company on her own accord and was relieved from closing hours of (Last working day).

We wish her all the very best in her future endeavors.

Dear Mega,

How are you? I am attaching a copy of my personal experience certificate issued by my previous company. You may add some more details depending on the individual's job profile. There is not going to be much change in the format for any stream other than the profile and designations.

Dear Mega,

Be cheerful. Don't be afraid. The moment you are afraid, your mind will go blank. This site is here with you for all queries. There are numerous members who will guide you with all your questions. The only thing is, before questioning seniors, put in some effort to search the web.
