Dear All,
I came across this situation very recently and wanted your opinion on the same. Does an employee need to show or submit a fitness certificate before joining work after a long sick leave which could extend between two weeks.
For not submitting the reason could be why does he need to, he himself knows when he is fit but in the cases when an employee is coming back from Small Pox, Chicken Pox etc. wouldn't he need to submit a fitness certificate.
Waiting for your response.
Thanks & Regards

It would definately help to collect the same by which also you can check the authencity of the disease as well as fitness. So that his /her boss can allocate him/her pending work.
