Staffing services or solutions involves two organizations: One which outsources a process or sub-process and another (the staffing service) which takes up this process and provides resources in the form of manpower.
Usually the outsourcing organization provides all necessary infrastructure. The manpower provided are on the rolls of the Staffing services provider and usually on contract.
Few organizations that provide Staffing services or solutions are TeamLease, InfoVision, TeamHR services.
