Those whose basic salary is below rs 6500/-.,the p.f. Is applicable to the.but when it goes above that it is dependent on that employee to be member of p.f. Or not.he can submit an application for cancellation of epf membership.

PF will be applicable to all the Salaried Employee in any Organization. need one clarification that is the Director is Indian or Foreigner, basing on this can be said.

PF has to be deducted who is being employed in the orgn. subject to the condition that Wage/Salary (Basic salary/Wage+D.A.+Retaining Allowance+Cash Value eqvlnt. to food concession) has n't to be crossed 6,500/- P.M. If his Wage/Salary is more than 6,500/- depends on Employer & Employee. If they submit joint N.O.Form (Para 26 (6)) it can be contributed as usual. Every employee who serves the orgn. whether employed as Director or labour has to be provided P.F. subject to above conditions.
The P.F. has to be deducted @10-12% depending on the industry.
