I want to know about Recruitment Process Outsourcing(RPO). Expalin its benefits to the organisation as well as the disadvantages that the company can face from RPO process? Is it advisable to pply RPO for every recruitment openings by the company? If not, why ? and if yes, why is it so? Kindly explain it.
