I am trying to make a PPT on Non Monetary incentives.(We are a small IT company with about 40 employees. and budget is a major concern for us)
Till now I have only following points
1>Flexi Hours
2>Reward Points
3>Additional leaves
4>Written Appreciation
5> Lunch or Dinner with Director
And some additional like Celebrating birthdays, Festivals ,Fun days,Picnics etc
Can any of you suggest some more Activities or Benefits which can be added
waiting for some amazing postings
