Hi Kiran,
It helps to be prcise withour question and also give your background: who you are, what level students are you considering, how long should your session last, etc.
Also, it is advisable to search both citehr and other sites, where you will find ready made answers rather than raise a query.
For example, go to

Please give me details about yourself and where you will be conducting these. You may not have anything ready-made for your needs. You will have to do research and adapt what you find on the net.

Hi Kiran,
How long is this course that you are designing?
Are the skills (supposed to be red) not covered on the MBA course in HR and Marketing? For example, I used to have a session on Negotiations for undergraduates in the Purchasing Module.

Dear Simhan,
My confusion , as you rightly mentioned . was same.
But one of my seniors suggested that these topics, though covered under curriculum, need a better understanding by the student when he is entering the market. ( Kindly suggest).
Do you think that the rest of the topics cater to the need of a passing-out student of MBA or any Other Degree. Kindly suggest any other topic that should be covered for better results.
I also am planning to post the presentation that i am working on for your comments. Would be obliged if you help.
Thanks and Regards
Kiran
