i have changed my job and my pf amount has been already transfered to new employer. i want to know what is the procedure for transfering EPS-95 membership account.somebody told me to get scheme certificate.
what is form no 13 and will it simultaneously transfer pf AND EPS-95.
please ,note that my employer has SEPARATE pf TRUST and PF is being maintained in it.and how would i know that my EPS-95 amount has been transfered.

Dear,
Since your previous employer is having its own PF trust, you may submit an application in Form-13 and forward it to the local PF office through your employer for transfer of EPS A/c. or you may obtain Scheme Certificate for which you have submit the application in Form - 10C.

Dear Brijen Bhavsar, Form 13 is used for transfer of PF & EPS. Accordingly if you have already applied for transfer of PF, generally the PF authorities will prepare Annexure K containing details of PF & EPS. Hence you contact PF authorities, whether transfer of EPS is already taken place. . . Abbas
