Hi everybody,
Can someone tell me how to write a recruitment strategy for an I.T Manager? Such as, tools, techniques, I really don’t know how to start, what I need the most is the format, if you have a sample that would be good.
Your help will be much appreciated as I am new here.

Are you talking about KRA's or ways/methods to find a good IT manager?
Recruitment strategies for hiring an IT manager can involve sourcing the right candidate from job portals, consulting with agencies, or utilizing references. I could have assisted you more effectively if you could reframe your question and post it again.

Well, I was asked to write a strategy plan for recruitment, and I did not know how to begin. Is there a set of formats for writing such a thing? Are there do's and don'ts when writing a strategy plan? Where can I get a template, for example? It's not about the IT manager; it's about writing the plan only. I appreciate your help.

1. Establish a recruitment process.
2. Establish a method of anticipating new requirements (these requirements may come or may not).
3. Establish a process on how to keep in touch with potential resources, including updating the Databank for new skills and regular skills.
4. List your organization's Unique Selling Proposition (USP) in attracting talents and methods of selling your USP.
5. Do a SWOT analysis of this process (all the above 4 points).
A strategic recruitment plan is like a wheel, continuously rotating. Once practiced with discipline, this will reduce your hiring time.
