I would like to you advice and i would be appreciated if you could share with me the evaluation training process that we are using in our company....
we usually use the evaluation sheet ............. after the course as you all do, now what is the next step after that ,,,,,,
- do you do any action after receiving all the feedback from the candidates?
- As my manager requested from me to develop the current evaluation sheet that we are using, please share with me the evaluation sheet that you are using in your company.
- Additionally, I suggested to share my findings from the feedback........ with the attendees as i will send an e-mail to all of them and participate the findings, however, my manager would like to know what is the benefit from sharing the findings with the attendees and their departments.
Kindly share me with your experience.
