I think if your project is too big then better start collecting data right now,,,
collect data from about 3-4 major colleges or schools ,, and prepare a questionnaire...
like how many people left in the past 3 months and overall period where it was maximum and the causes etc etc etc,,, :):)

Hi
You can collect infn from colleges / instittions in your locality and study the pattern before you devise a questionnaire and colleting infn. The trend will given a fair idea about how u should proceed i.e. the project is either inductive or deductive.

Hi
A project on attrition means what?
  • do you want to just highlight the attrition data in last 2 years etc
  • Attrition Analysis - why? which region?
So, a clear objective is needed.
Second step is to get data fom reliable resources - first let me know the objective
I am mailing you a sample questionnaire and a ppt with data presentation. See if it helps.
