I am working with a Consulting firm and one of my client needs a proposal for outsourcing their positions. Since they are new to outsourcing business I need to submit a proposal right from the scratch about outsourcing. Can anyone help me where i can download information about outsourcing (contract staffing). Else if anyone can send me some presentation on it i would be grateful to you.
