I have decided to do the Project (HR) on the topic : "Role of HR during Recession in the Real Estate Companies."
Please guide me how to proceed ahead like I would like to have a sample of Synopsis first of all and also the sample format of Project report is required.
Also suggest whether this selected topic is good as per teh current scenario.
I hopw to hear from all my frnds soon.

Please do not request finished projects or questionnaires on this forum, without giving enough information.
Instead of asking for a completed project, please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.
If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.

I am not sure if you have read any literature on questionnaire design. If not, go to questionnaire design + guidelines - Google Search= Also see MBA Project/Dissertation where an MBA project is attached as an example.

Many messages posted requesting help with students' projects do not contain enough information. The students rarely will have done any basic reading about how to approach their project work. Many requests, that I have come across at CiteHr, seek questionnaires or literature reviews and some even seek whole project reports.
I found a good website that gives detailed tips about the steps involved in undertaking projects and writing project proposals, etc. Please read and digest what is available at Dissertation Help | Dissertation Proposal
