My company has not paid salary to any of their employee for last 3 moths they are saying that they are going through finacial crises and they will clear all dues soon.
Daily we are getting dates but no salary...I would like to know cld we do ny thing legally against this.

as per the payment of wages act 1936 section 15(3) it comes in the defintion of delayed payment.you can approach to the labour dept and as per provisions of this section penality is ten times.

Actually we dont have any appointment letter we got only offer letter we were paid wid the salaries for the first three months and then the problem started.
Could we do anything legally without having appoint letter.we have attendence records wid us.

Offer letter wont work here, better you consult with a lawyer(friend) and find out if you can thorw ball with payslip (I hope that you people have revd) Regards, Takecare

dear no problem,your attendance record will prove that you were in employment and you were present these days and earlier your salary paid by cheque .you have sufficient proof to establish your case

dear you approach to labour office because assistant labour commissioner is authorised to handle these cases .take help of some legal person and file a case .it will not take much time. tks j s malik
