if private limited consumer durable company terminate his employee without giving any prior notice or any compsetation and also not clearing pending dues like last month salary, without notice salary and other ta/da expenses etc , then what action we can take against employer to get full and final payment dues.

Therefore I would suggest you meeting a good labour law practitioner who who would advise you the line of action after examining your documents etc. The company will have to pay certainly as you have described the case.

Make sure that you will not sign in any letters. Dont give resignation letter, Get back all the dues and give the resignation letter. Otherwise you have to approach the conciliation officer.
