Dear Frnz,
Please share your views on...how can we make our(HR) work self innovative...meaning it's being a week and i paractically had done nothing as a quality work....other than usually coming on time..making ppl phycologically satisfiy that HR Manager is avilable....
I m working in a mid sized co...and it's being close to two yrs...so i have already reviwed and updated all the existing policies in my co over this time....now what next???
Frnz...i feel stucked...not getting the perfect way..how can i engage myself....what all are the other things which an HR Manager can do...
Please give me your views...i m really trying to make myself a contributing part of my co rather than just coming and going from the co...

hi,
As u have already reviewed n updated the system at ur org, i think it will be best if u implement some management theories related to HR.
George Elton Mayo's Hawthorne exp can be one, fr eg.
also u can look upon theory of Mary Parker Follett, "mother of conflict resolution."
as u might be well aware abt work of these Management Gurus, it will be best to upgrade ur knowledge together with giving sm valuable inputs to ur org.

Thank you very much...as i said earlier my co is a mid size co and applying the rule you are talking mat not work as efficiant as we need...but definatly i will try to work this out...

moreover wat i personally think is that the size will matter but not much.. wats the work force strength in ur org??
