HR is a creative field. As every company has different policies, startagies, ethics, similarly every HR is different and has his own/her own style. So try being you and inspire youself by building ur own image, SELF IMAGE sweetie .

Hi sackshi,
According to me , Infosys has always been known for its best HR practice. It is the human resources head, TV Mohandas Pai of Infosys who takes homes the fattest pay package. Pai’s salary and bonus, infact, is the highest among all the board of directors of the company and this includes even Chairperson Nandan M Nilekani as well as CEO S Gopalakrishnan.
TV Mohandas gets a salary of $82,033 and a bonus of $3,08,625 per year. This figure is the highest among the 15 members of the board.
Apart from him,I would like to know the name of other HR gurus of india.

Dear HR Members,
As quoted by Ms.Gayathri S, to ascertain the name of a HR Guru is a bit tough one. However the persons like Mr.TV Rao, Prof.C K Prahlad, Dr.Rajesh Khurana, Mr.Pai of Infosys etc., and many more are in the field.
Thatswhy in Telugu Music, the Great SINGER Thayagaraya Swamy has quoted " Many GREAT MEN, our deep respects to all" . There is no measuring yardstick/parametres to any field since this is a continuous flow. Some are great by theory, whereas some are Great by virtue of the Practice with People Management skills. Whatever may be the HR function is a Prime One. For ex., in an Organisation, there is a great Technology, but no good Resources( HUMAN) available, what is the use? I strongly believe that any Company can get Success even without Great Technology, but only with Great Personnel ie., Human resources. Here the networking is only done by the HR Guru or Leader of the HR Team.
I hope I have cleared.
Warm regards,
