I need some ideas on how others have made an Return On Investement scheem for HR
OR HR scorecard in Excel or similar.
Please attach word or Excel sheets how you have done this in your organization or give som good advice what should be mesuarable
The idea is to show on yearly basis that HR brings value. I donīt have that problem today but i think for future HR departments this is of most importance.
