Hi friends,

It's great to see you all and meet you.

Let me introduce myself. I am Naresh, presently associated with Husys Consulting (www.husys.net). It's great to inform you all that Husys Consulting is launching a one-year Human Resource Function Management program.

Yes, I do agree that an MBA from a top university is everyone's dream. But I definitely know that you all understand the efforts and pain required to get through the entrances and final admissions. At the end of two years, you may secure a placement depending on your ability. But the question is, so much effort is necessary for all of this.

I believe it's like 3-4 years of effort needed to secure a placement. So why not consider something truly worthwhile like the One Full-Time HR Management program run by Husys Consulting (www.husys.net), which offers a unique program for graduates/people from the BPO/Call Center industry to take up a one-year full-time Human Resource Management Program.

Here are some of the highlights of the program I came across:

- Experimental and experiential knowledge sharing from industry experienced professionals
- Mentorship by practicing HR professionals
- Four months of intensive training by industry professionals
- On-the-job deployment for eight months
- Stipend during deployment (based on company norms)
- Work exposure to ERP (SAP, Oracle Apps, PeopleSoft, and other related ERPs) by industry experts
- Free lunch and snacks while in Husys Campus
- Free assistance in getting accommodation in Hyderabad from Husys

I am sure this information will help you more in terms of deciding and assisting your friends/relatives in choosing the right career path, whether to take up a program like this or wait 3-4 years for placement.

Why wait? Call 9948078936 / 040-65195632 and know the details.

Regards,

Naresh

All the time, MBA is utilized for marketing and finance only. Here, the candidates are recruited by industries for their business improvement. But to get the business in a proper and efficient manner, any industry requires good candidates. Here comes the HR. The industry requires good candidates and after getting good candidates, giving proper training suitable for the job for which he is selected, after that retaining him in the industry. Lots of gimmicks have to be performed. The duty of the HR is to get the right candidate, know his aptitude, his IQ coefficient, his ambitions, and above all, his devotion to work and the organization. The duty of HR is this in short. It takes a few months to train the candidate on all these. Apart from this, the candidate has to be explained the pay structure and its components for taxation purposes and the best way of utilities. For all these topics, an officer has to be trained specially for HR work apart from MBA.
