Dear Friends,
I am working on an important assignment. And i am in need of your help. I am assigned with a task of developing Competence, Awareness and Training procedures and formats that meet the AS9100 (Aerospace Standards) requirement. I shall state the standard requirement for your clarity.
As9100 Clause reference 6.2.2 Competence, Awareness and Training: The organisation shall
a) determine the necessary competence for personnel performing work affecting product quality.
b) Provide training or take other actions to satisfy these needs,
c) Evaluate the effectiveness of tlhe actions taken.
d) Ensure that its personnel are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the achievement of the quality objectives, and
e) maintain appropriate records of education, training, skills and exprience.

Firends, I will be greatly thankful to you if you can kindly guide me in this process. Please share with me any of the training procedures and formats to identify the training requirement, compency identification, training records, training evaluation, compency assessment etc.
