Hi Krupa,

The reply depends on the purpose of using the psychometric test. If you are using it for training purposes, then the training manager should use it. If it is being used for any other purposes, such as selection, promotion, competency mapping, etc., the HR Manager is the right person to use it.

Hi Krupa,

You have 2 options: either you could appoint/outsource it to a consulting firm to conduct the tests, OR there are many organizations that conduct certificate courses for these tests. After obtaining the certification, you could conduct the tests yourself.

Hope this information is helpful.

Dear Krupa,

It's very simple. Of the two, whoever is competent should conduct the tests and its period. An organization is not a place for ego trips, and when it comes to psychometric tools, only authorized or competent people should deal with them.

When I say authorized or competent person, I mean the one who is certified to do so.
