Hi Folks,
I have been asked to design a Proposed Transfer Policy for my company, as the earlier policy is outdated, it is around 8 years old, and since then everything like fare, entitlements etc has changed.
Pls advise or share Transfer Policy Norms in terms of following terms :
1. Mode of Transport (Self, Only Transport, Railways or Packers or Movers)
2. Distance (<250 KM, 250-500 KM, 500-750 KM, 750-1000 KM or >1000 KM)
3. Entitlements (Designation wise)
4. etc
There are my views, pls feel free to add your inputs.
