I have 5 month exp. in Videocon and then i shifted in mumbai
so i left that job, recently i have joined a small company, in there
i am first HR person so is it the right decision of mine.
And can u send me the some forms like JD/KRA, Appraisal, leave, Training Feedback form , Interview Assessment sheet
