One of my employees is asking for authentication of his address proof on our company's letterhead. Please guide me on whether the company is authorized to authenticate his address or not. We don't have his police verification or any other genuine proof with us.

How long is he employed in your company? its ok to issue address proof, please cross check with him purpose of the same document and then i dont see any issue in giving him address proof. Regards, RK

dear you can issue address proof on your letter head by mentioning as per office record. you are not authenticating you are giving his address which he has mentioned in record. tks j s malik
