Hi All, My company has a quarterly in-house magazine for which we take two interviews of any employee. This time, I am supposed to take an interview of an HR SPOC, who is responsible for recruitment for my department. The questions asked are primarily relating to the job, other questions can be of general nature. Can you please suggest some 10 questions which I can ask the HR Spoc? The concerned HR Spoc has spent almost 3 years in the company, takes interviews, does employment formalities, etc. I feel, the questions need to be around his experience in handling HR, challenges faced, etc.....
