Hi Everybody,
Ive usually not written much or posted enough on the IT front in specific. So this time i thought i need to dedicate a post to the HR fraternity who handle the Geeks in their day-to-day life. "geeks" are no longer a derogatory implication. Infact, IT is passe, its the "Geek" lingo that's in!
It's a very light article, with actual insights for implementation.
So this post is dedicated to the HR professionals to understand their bunch of employees a lil' bit better..........
