As per the The Shop and Establishment Act what is the minimum wages that an employer has to pay to the employee, and whether the minimum wages is equal to the gross salary or the net take home salary

Minimum wages are not fixed in shops and establishment act.These are notified under Minimum wages act and these differ from state to state. minimum wages are gross and not take home pay.
I am not aware in which state are u working. pl. refer to ur state minimum wages notification to find out what rates are applicable to ur establishment.
