Hi Ashok,
First you have to issue showcause notice asking reply to allegations of misconduct.
The notice may contain date,time,place,persons involved and other details of
misconduct.If there is no reply or unsatisfactory reply,the warning is one of the
possible punishment.The warning letter may be something like below.
The management is in receipt of your reply to showcause notice dt.-----.
The same is vague and unsatisfactory and not acceptable.
Considering the gravity of misconduct,severe disciplinary action was warranted
but so as to give you an opportunity of improvement,the management has taken
the lenient view.
You are issued strict warning to improve your conduct and if no improvement is found
and you again commit misconduct,management shall be constrained to take strict
disciplinary action against you.
