Am looking for general guidelines and rules regarding P.F Schemes for industrial workers and their applicability.

1.P.F is applicable to industrial orginisation from the 1st day of joining the duties
2. Nomination form No.2 has to be filled of concerned employee and he has to be alloted a P.F No
3.P.F monthly return of contributions has to be deposited in nationalised bank latest by 15th of every month.
4. P.F Monthly return has to be submitted to Regional P.F Commissioner by 21st of every month.
5. A ledger of P.F members has to be maintained.
6. Annual P.F Return of contributions has be be submitted by 31st march
